Who we are

At ForwardEd Group, we believe that high-impact education is built on collaboration, engagement, and the sustainable growth of both teachers and students.

Founded by husband and wife, Wildalynn and Richard Thomas, whom share nearly four decades of expertise combined. Their two paths aligned early in their educational careers. Over time, their bond grew, as did their family (sharing two sons). Coupled with their limitless passion to provide the children they serve with the highest quality of education, access, and skills that empower a lifetime, they formed what is now called ForwardEd Group.

Wildalynn Thomas, Ed.S., an educator with 17 years of P-20 education experience, specializing in teacher development, educational leadership, and literacy, is driven to uplift others. Wildalynn has served in various capacities, supporting P-12 students and preservice and inservice educators across Florida to foster excellence in the classroom.

Richard Thomas, M.S., an educator approaching 20 years of experience in K-5 education, carries over skills in business administration and recreational studies with a specialization in therapeutic recreation. He is committed to empowering learning communities, blending expertise in creating engaging, accessible, and purposeful educational experiences.

ForwardEd Group offers scalable, research-informed solutions to assist K-12 students and families in obtaining sustainable skills that promote individualized success. Teachers and schools can gain customized mentoring/coaching, professional development, products & tools, and education sustaining strategies—all while centering the needs of a wide range of dynamic learners.

ForwardEd Group is a Florida-based consulting and coaching firm dedicated to helping K–12 students, educators, and schools achieve sustainable growth. With a focus on literacy, learning strategies, and engagement, we offer high-impact services and products that support the long-term success of students and teachers alike.

We believe learning is a journey — and every learner deserves to feel empowered, confident, and prepared to move forward.

The Journey here

As an educator and coach, we co-created ForwardEd Group to bridge the gap between potential and progress. Whether it’s building student literacy skills or helping educators adopt sustainable practices, our goal is to help people thrive — not just survive — in learning spaces (and beyond).
